Workflow automation built around how your business works

I design and build workflows that move information between your tools and trigger the next step when the right conditions are met. That can mean creating a task after a purchase, sending an approved update at a production milestone, or flagging a record that needs review.

Use cases

What can I automate?

Client enquiries and onboarding

Capture enquiry details, create a contact or task, notify the right person and trigger an agreed follow-up sequence. For onboarding, connect the steps that follow a confirmed booking or purchase so the next action is clear.

Order tracking and customer updates

Connect qualifying orders with a tracking board, map order details into the right fields and send approved messages at defined milestones. Add checks for missing information and records of completed actions.

Task creation and internal handoffs

Create tasks from forms or business events, assign responsibilities and update statuses when work reaches a milestone. Build reminders around deadlines and approvals.

Podcast production administration

Connect intake forms, guest details, task boards and episode checklists. Automate routine handoffs while keeping editorial review and final publishing approval where they belong.

These are examples of possible scope. The final design depends on your tools, access permissions and how the process needs to work.

Deliverables

What your automation project includes

Process mapping

Document the trigger, required information, decisions, owners and intended outcome.

Workflow design

Define field mappings, conditions, timing and the steps that still need a person.

Build and integration

Configure the connections and automation steps in the agreed tools.

Safeguards

Add relevant eligibility checks, duplicate checks, missing-data handling and review alerts.

Testing

Check a successful run and important failure cases, such as incomplete records or a repeated trigger.

Handover

Provide operating instructions explaining what runs automatically, what needs review and how to handle common issues.

Tools

Tools and integration experience

My ecommerce order automation work connects Shopify, Trello, Zapier and Outlook, alongside an order register for tracking email status. For your project, I assess your existing tools and confirm what can be connected before recommending the build.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What happens when an automation cannot complete?

The response depends on the workflow. Where appropriate, I configure it to stop, record the issue or notify a person for review. A missing date or attachment should be handled deliberately rather than allowing an incomplete customer message to go out.

Can you improve an existing Zapier workflow?

Yes. I can review triggers, field mappings, filters and run history, reproduce a reported issue, and test changes before the revised workflow is put into use.

Does automation replace every manual step?

No. Approvals, unusual orders and decisions requiring judgement may remain manual. I make those handoffs explicit so your team knows when to step in.
